My name is Marco Koch. I’m a software developer working at SAP. I’m primarily a frontend developer, with the most experience in JavaScript and Java. I hold a master’s degree (diploma) in computer science from the University of Freiburg, Germany.

My current job focuses on web application development using SAP UI5 JavaScript framework.

Javascript News is a website for presenting the latest JavaScript programming articles, podcasts and videos. This project was started as capstone project of the Full-stack Web Development specialization. The implementation of the website is done with MongoDB, Express, AngularJS and NodeJS.

Traffic Report

Different data sets have been analyzed as part of the Data Science specialization of the Johns Hopkins University. The analysis of traffic accident data ‘Unfallbeteiligte: Deutschland, Jahre, Art der Verkehrsbeteiligung, Fehlverhalten der Fahrzeugführer und Fußgänger’, published by GENESIS-Online database, was done within the data products course. The results have been provided in a web-based presentation and a first web application.
